The services for the wedding will be as follows: Wedding Ceremony & Wedding Dinner
BLISS Events agrees to provide:
- A central point of contact to oversee all elements of the wedding and associated events from concept through to delivery
- Frequent communication via email and telephone. We commit to being available out of hours (within reason) as we understand that planning a wedding is very personal and such cannot always be conducted within business hours.
Conceptualization, complete planning and finalizing themes
- A creative concept for your event, tailored to your personal, cultural, and religious wishes. Our designer team will assist you in the event design, please note that this service is covered on the event venue design only. Should you require the design for the invitation, website, or other material, the surcharge maybe applied.
- Sourcing and managing all third party suppliers necessary for delivery of your event.
- Samples where required. The relevant cost is incurred should you require the mock up of any fresh products such as flower, food, etc.
- Timely and frequent progress reports consisting of issues, accomplishments, budget realizations, invoices and payments due.
Financial Control
- Payments to suppliers on your behalf. Suppliers will only directly contact you if necessary but are available to meet with you if required.
- Transparent accounting procedures and copies of all vendor invoices on request.
Venue & Logistics
- We will coordinate and liaise with all the hotels or venue owner on your behalf and get you better rates.
- Complete onsite supervision and execution of all functions on the wedding day.
- One production in charge for all the functions to handle music, couple entries and special effects
moments so that everything is done with right timing
- Event hosting which includes on the day run-down, co-ordination with hotel staff, vendors and planning team, preparation and wind-down a few days prior to and after the event to be mutually agreed.
- On the wedding day, Bliss coordinator team will be in charge the supervision of the set up, lighting, sound system, entertainment and program rundown. Each area will be assigned to one coordinator such as one person for flower and décor, one person for entertainment only, one person for ceremony ritual and one person for lighting and sound system. Therefore, we will have around 2 persons of the wedding coordinator and one lead planner to in charge the overall event.
