INDIAN WEDDING PLANNER PACKAGE
TWO DAYS EVENT
- Included 4 staff (one leading planner 2 coordinators and 1 runner)
- Included 4 staff (one leading planner 2 coordinators and 1 runner)
- 1 staff to take care of airport transfer and all logistic, hospitality desk and salon booking -1 staff to take care of food and beverage, set up the floor plan and all events décor.
- 1 staff to take care of vendors and events flow
- 1 main leading planner to supervise all details.
ORGANISER & SERVICES
Client engages the Organiser to perform the following duties with regards to the Event:
- Unlimited consultations via email and/or telephone
- Assisting on profile and booking with the decorator, sound & light, pandit, mehndi, photography Di and mange hampers, etc.
- Be the main point of contact on the wedding day for all wedding guests to communicate about what is happening on each day
- Assisting with the décor, moodboard and required to be confirmed and secured with the deposit pay- ment at least 60 days before the wedding date
- Management of all vendors and/or service providers (including confirmation and follow-up with all vendors and/or service providers prior to the Event)
- Payment of vendors and/or service providers invoices (following receipt of the identical payment from Client and ensuring that Client is copied into all correspondence with vendors and/or service providers in regards to payment).
- Events Coordinators to be on-site and be the main point of contacts for the decoration, entertainment, set up and sequence management.
- Handling the set up and supervise all decoration
- Coordinating with the venue for set up, decoration and food & beverage in order to ensure that the functions are running smoothly
