The purpose of the first time meeting is to review client’s ideas, concept and budget. Our team is able to propose the different ideas and suggestions.
Step 2: Offering the proposalThe detailed proposal will be sent for your review and consideration including 3D design, floor plan, material details, responsibility and cost.
Step 3: Managing timelineBLISS events always restrict on the time management in ensuring that all set up, staffing and executing as per the plan. “Event running sheet” is one of our time management tool in ensuring that both our client and BLISS events team are on the pace and running through together on the same details.
Step 4: ExecutingWe have our master sheet called “banquet event order” which will be the summary of all details and requirement from move in until move out stage including set up details for all decoration, food, beverage, lighting, sound system and even the rehearsal timing.
